Workers We Supply Across Saudi Arabia

Manpower Agency Saudia's partner network supplies the full range of worker categories employers need across Saudi Arabia — from skilled trades for refinery shutdowns in Jubail to housekeeping staff for Mecca hotels during Hajj, from construction labour for NEOM mega-project sites to security guards for commercial buildings in Riyadh. This page maps the worker types we cover and the partner specialisation behind each.

Quick answer: We supply skilled trades (welders, electricians, plumbers, pipe fitters, steel fixers, masons, carpenters, HVAC technicians), equipment operators (heavy equipment, drivers), general labour, cleaners, housekeeping staff, security guards, chefs and kitchen staff, plus specialist professionals across all major Saudi industries. WhatsApp us with the role you need and we route to the right partner.

How Worker Categories Are Organised

Different worker types come through different partner channels in our network. The structural divisions matter when scoping a requirement:

Frequently Asked Questions

Can we mix worker categories in one contract?

Yes. A single contract can specify multiple worker categories at different rates — for example, masons, carpenters, steel fixers, and general labourers for a construction project, all under one Ajeer outsourcing arrangement. This is the norm for construction and large facility management contracts.

What if our role doesn't fit a standard category?

Send a description of the work via WhatsApp. Many roles map to one of our standard categories even if the title doesn't match exactly. For genuinely specialist roles (rare-skill technical, executive level), we route through executive search or specialised permanent recruitment.

Do all worker categories operate under Ajeer?

Most do. Standard commercial worker categories operate through Ajeer outsourcing. Exceptions: domestic workers use the Musaned platform, direct-hire professionals have their Iqamas under your sponsorship, and security workers require additional MOI licensing on top of standard MHRSD frameworks.

Can we request female workers specifically?

Yes. Female workforce is increasingly available across hospitality, healthcare, retail, cleaning, security (for women's facilities), and other categories. Specific accommodation, transport, and operational arrangements apply, and our partners coordinate these.

What about specific source countries we want to source from?

Source country preferences can be specified. Some categories have strong source country defaults (hospitality from Philippines, construction from Pakistan or Bangladesh), but most categories allow flexibility. Our partners advise on what's realistic given current source country availability and visa quota conditions.

Are worker rates standardised?

No — rates vary by category, certification level, contract duration, source country, accommodation arrangements, and current market conditions. Each partner provides commercial terms once your requirement is scoped. See our cost of hiring workers guide for benchmark ranges.
